“There is something in the nature of tea that leads us into a world of quiet contemplation of life.” -Lin Yutang.
You may base your opinions on your mood or the weather outside when determining whether to get a cup of hot coffee or a cold brew. While there is a clear difference in temperature between the two, it isn’t the only one. There are some startling distinctions in the health benefits of consuming hot coffee and iced coffee, according to scientists.
There are various advantages to drinking coffee at any temperature. Coffee can help to reduce sadness, lessen your risk of diabetes, boost your fitness, and give your brain a boost when drank in moderation.
In recent years, cold brew coffee has grown in favor among coffee aficionados.
Cold-brew coffee relies on time instead of hot water to extract the taste and caffeine from coffee beans, steeping them in ice water for 12–24 hours.
When compared to hot coffee, this approach makes the drink less bitter. Though most studies on coffee’s health benefits employ hot brew, cold brew is expected to provide many of the same benefits.
Ninja Brewing System (Hot and Cold) This brewing machine uses Advanced Thermal Flavor Extraction Technology with Auto-IQ to make hot, tasty cups of coffee and tea, as well as over-ice beverages.

FAQs:
I would want to let you know that depending on the brew, the Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed System uses varying blooming periods. During the brewing process, the coffee grinds or tea can soak. The technology knows how long to brew for and at what temperature to provide the best cup of coffee or tea. There is a means to change the default drip-stop time to 15, 30, 45, or 60 seconds, or turn it off entirely. I’ve had mine set to 60 seconds and there hasn’t been any water in the filter yet. Hold the drip stop button down for a few seconds until the display appears, then select the amount of time you want the drip stop to last. Whether it’s tea or coffee, the filter determines the personalized setting. Choose your filter, fill it, and place it in the carafe. If you’re switching between coffee and tea, there’s an extra button at the top that looks like a drop with a diagonal line through it; push it to bring up the tea sign. You should now be able to view all of the tea options, and the knob should work. Coffee alternatives are on the opposite side of the street. To see the custom choices, you must use the filter. The coffee maker can tell the difference between a coffee and a tea filter, therefore there is no need to buy a new one if you use the tea features. You could just use the coffee filter and the coffee features if you’re using tea bags. You’ll need a tea filter if you’re using loose tea. Ninja should be able to provide you with a new filter. I will be pleased to answer any questions you have regarding the Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed System. In the Classic setting, a full carafe takes a little over 9 minutes to brew. I would like to let you know that using the thermal carafe with the glass carafe version of this system is not recommended because the warming plate will destroy the thermal carafe. When brewing a half or full carafe on the Rich or Classic brew, the warming plate is designed to turn on automatically. I’d like to let you know that the Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed System glass carafe version has a preset warming plate. After a brew (classic or rich for a half or full carafe) finishes, you can schedule the warming plate to continue for up to 4 hours. Is there a “showerhead” on this Ninja Hold and Cold Brewed coffee maker that soaks the grinds first?
